Now you can... Starting from this month you'll be able to learn the latest moves from European #1 pro football freestyler Colin Nell. Colin's been doing these tricks for a few years (he's the guy doing the keepy uppys in the Timbaland video "The Way I Are" and Nike's Joga Bonito ad), and now he's going to show you the moves for some impressive freestyling. Each month he's going to post a new trick here on www.no-messin.com for you to pick up. There'll be some easy ones like the 'Head Shot', but some much trickier ones a bit later on. Also check out his showcase video for what you're going to be able to do once you've mastered them all.
We're also giving you the chance to get Colin along to your school or club for personal training session for you and your mates. All you need to do is master one of the tricks (or as many as you think you can do in a row), video it, post it and send us the link. Each month the best entry will win, and we'll also post it up on the site.
